The terms and conditions below apply to the Alchemy of Ecstasy personal transformational program

offered by Celestino Cornielle (the “Teacher”), to the “Student” and constitute the agreement for the

services to be provided.

The fees payable by the Student, entitles them to participation in the Urban Shaman’s “Alchemy of

Ecstasy” personal transformation program. This agreement is for a minimum of 12 weeks. After

completion of the foundational 12-week program, the Student can request to continue; to be discussed

after program completion.

WHAT TO EXPECT

All coaching services and communication, email or otherwise, by the Teacher, are meant to provide you

step-by-step guidance to a holistic approach to personal development and spiritual growth that integrates

shamanic practices and principles into a coaching framework. This transformative journey of unlearning

and relearning begins with a deep dive into your Core Stories, Desires, and Existential kinks, to unveil

your unmet emotional childhood needs and the traumas that may be unconsciously affecting you and

influencing your choices and actions. Armed with this insight, you will be empowered to reframe and

rewrite these stories to ensure yourself complete Sexual, Emotional, and Spiritual fulfillment.

MODULES

Each weekly Module builds upon the previous one, offering lessons, assignments, physical exercises, and

rituals to complete prior to the zoom integration sessions. The integration sessions are meant to provide

further insights and guidance in integrating the lessons into daily life. However, they are not mandatory

only the course work is mandatory. In addition, 1-on-1 journey Students will have unlimited access to the

Teacher, via email and messenger, to ensure them personalized support and guidance.

RESCHEDULING SESSIONS

If the Student would like to reschedule an integration session, they agree to provide at least 24 hours

notice and to reschedule said session within 5 calendar days. In exceptional circumstances other

arrangements may be made at the discretion of the Teacher. If the Teacher needs to re-schedule a zoom

session, he also agrees to give the Student 24 hours notice where practical. No refunds will be given to

Students for missed integration sessions.

CANCELLATION

This package is non-refundable. Albeit, Students on a weekly debit plan, may cancel so long as they give

the Teacher a 72 hour written notice prior to receiving the new module’s lesson. In the exceptional

circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, actual or

potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, the Teacher can decide to terminate the service to the

Student early or refuse or be unable to provide further coaching sessions to the Student. In such a

circumstance the Student will be given reasonable notice of termination by the Teacher where practical

and will be refunded any advance payments made for module lessons not yet provided.

CONSENT

In the spirit of good practice, in purchasing coaching services from the Teacher, you acknowledge the

following:

I understand that my Teacher is not a licensed medical healthcare provider or a licensed mental

health professional and therefore cannot diagnose or prescribe medications or supplements.

I understand that the services my Teacher provides are not a substitute for medical or mental

health evaluation and treatment.

It is my choice to receive guidance from this intuitive Teacher and I understand that there is no

implied or stated guarantee of success or effectiveness for sessions offered by this Teacher.

I understand that the Student/Teacher relationship will be held in strict confidence.

I understand that we may deal with issues of sexuality during our sessions.

I understand that if I AM uncomfortable with a topic of conversation or modality of healing at any

time, for any reason, that I should tell my Teacher right away. In fact, I understand that it is my

responsibility to inform my Teacher of any such circumstance, as he wants my sessions to be supportive

and safe.

WAIVER

You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge your Teacher, any agents, successors, assigns,

personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to

compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of acts or omissions

by yourself or by your Teacher as a result of the advice given by your Teacher or otherwise resulting from

the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. You further declare and represent that no

promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to you to sign this

agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, and governed by, the substantive

laws of the state of California. In purchasing coaching services from the Teacher the Student hereby

agrees and consents to the jurisdiction and exclusive venue of the federal and state courts located in the

State of California for any action brought in connection with this Agreement. The prevailing party in any

such action will be entitled to recover its attorneys’ fees and costs.
